Buffy Night

Buffy has become the center of everything. I finally got the cable modem and began downloading all the back episodes I hadn't seen. I watched them all, too. And now I have nothing left but the new seasons.

A few weeks ago, we had a spontaneous Buffy party. At a dinner for a school group, there were four of us who hadn't seen the last two weeks worth of Buffy and liked the show. So we came back to my place and hung out and watched the episodes. I had to work Tuesdays for the last two months. That really interrupted my Buffy viewing in the worst way.

Today we only had two of the original four, but we had fun. Because not only did we watch Buffy, there was BEER. I don't know why it didn't occur to me before to combine those two things...

There was an even number of boys and girls. And strange couplings occurred. But everybody had a really good time. And it was fun. And I'm glad that we had another Buffy party.

Pretty soon, Shelby will be gone. And she won't be a part of the Buffy parties anymore.

That makes me more sad than you will ever know.
